Refund Policy

Earthline Living provides customized prefabricated and mobile cabin solutions, and therefore all orders are processed based on project-specific requirements. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the terms outlined in the signed agreement or purchase contract. Deposits and payments made toward design, customization, manufacturing, or procurement are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable laws.
